- You can play without an account. A guest is not a sign-up.
- No ads. We don't sell data or follow you across other sites.
- Only necessary cookies. That's why there is no cookie banner.
- Photos go through an automatic filter before they show up.
- You choose who sees each part of your profile.
- Download or delete your data in the Account menu, any time.
01Who takes care of your data
4Dare is run by the 4Dare team, which decides how data is used (the controller, under the LGPD). For any privacy matter, including reaching the data protection officer, write to contato@4dare.com. We reply within 15 days.

We don't ask for anything beyond what the game needs. No age, phone, address or ID.
03What we don't do
- We don't show ads, and we don't sell or rent data.
- We don't build a profile of you for advertising or follow you on other sites.
- We don't use what you send to train artificial intelligence.
05Who sees what
- Profile: each part follows your choice: everyone, people who played with you, or only you.
- Guest: others see only the name and face.
- Photos: shown to everyone after the filter. If in doubt, only you see it until it is checked again.
- Room chat: only people in the room. It disappears when the room closes.
- Wall: follows the profile's privacy.
- Rankings and contributions: only accounts that show their activity and contributions to everyone appear.
06How long we keep it
- Account: until you delete it.
- When you delete the account: profile, wall, reports and achievements disappear right away. Matches stay without your name, so others' scoreboards don't break.
- Contributions that made it into the game (photos, characters, nicknames, themes, questions and missions): they stay, without your name.
- Chat: until the room closes.
- Technical logs: for the short period set by the hosting, unless a court orders otherwise.
07Your rights
Under the LGPD art. 18 and, if you live in Europe, the GDPR, you can:
- See and download your data Account › Download my data
- Fix what is wrong Profile › Edit
- Delete the account and what is only yours Account › Delete account
- Take your data to another service: the downloaded file is JSON.
- Know who we share with (item 4) and object to a use.
If we don't sort it out, complain to the ANPD or to the data authority in your country.
08Children and teenagers
Accounts only from age 16. We don't ask anyone's age: creating an account means declaring you are 16 or older. Under that, play as a guest, preferably with a parent or guardian nearby.
We ask only for what is needed to play. If we learn of an account belonging to someone under 16, we delete it. Parents and guardians can write to contato@4dare.com.
10Security
Always connected over HTTPS. In the database, each row opens only to those who may see it. Keys stay on the server only. Spam limits and the photo filter help keep the game clean.
If an incident could harm you, we tell you and the ANPD.
11Changes to this policy
The date at the top shows the current version. An important change shows up in What's new and in the app before it takes effect.
